The Denver Post recently featured our new spring flavor "Eggs Two Ways" as their ice cream of the week...

When researching how to create a tenancy agreement, it is vital to avoid discriminatory clauses. The contract must not include terms that unfairly target individuals based on protected characteristics like race, gender, or disability. Adhering to the Equality Act is not just a moral obligation but a legal one that protects the landlord from heavy fines. Fair housing starts with a fair and inclusive contract. The College of Contract Management promotes diversity and inclusion within the global construction and property industries.

It’s great to see “Eggs Two Ways” getting recognition as ice cream of the week—combining fun flavors with a playful twist is always a winner. Eating it for breakfast sounds like a treat, much like experimenting with different beats and layers in Sprunki Retake to create a unique, enjoyable mix. I’m excited to try it myself!
